At Mint Sorbet, we carefully prepare each order before shipping.

Order Processing

All Mint Sorbet jewellery is handmade and prepared to order.

Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

We currently ship orders to destinations within the European Union.

Orders are shipped using Pošta Slovenije and GLS.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery normally takes approximately 1–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside of our reasonable control, such as postal delays, public holidays, strikes, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free standard shipping is available for orders of €35 or more.

For orders below €35, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery destination.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by e-mail where applicable.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Mint Sorbet is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs for resending the order may be charged to the customer, where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mint-sorbet.com and, where possible, provide photographs of the packaging and the product.

If the product was damaged during delivery or does not conform to the purchase contract, Mint Sorbet will handle the matter in accordance with the consumer rights described in our Terms & Conditions.
